Start off by
thinking about what you want to tell people about yourself and your
business. To gather some ideas, look in your email inbox to see the
various email signatures you've been
sent. Are there any that caught your eye? What did you like about
them? What items did they include?

Now that you've
got the basic info you want to include,
make it attractive. Using CAPITAL letters can really make certain
words pop out at the reader. Borders can place a nice frame around
your signature. Here's a few you could try:

Use line
breaks and white space to make it easy on the eye. Stay fresh, by
changing your email signature around now and then. You can include
special season's greetings, promotions, or contest information. This
will keep your email recipients "checking you out".
==HOW TO SET IT UP==
Here's step by step instruction for how to setup an email signature
in Outlook Express and Eudora.
==OUTLOOK EXPRESS SETUP==
To setup your email signature in OUTLOOK EXPRESS
do the following: - Tools, Options, Click on the Signatures tab, -
Signatures #1 Default Signature - Edit Signature - Type your signature
in here, as you would like it to appear. (TIP - Type it up in notepad,
as you would like it, then copy & paste) - Hit OK - Hit New Mail
to view your signature. After seeing it, you may want to tweak it
until you get it just right.
==EUDORA SETUP==
To setup your email signature in EUDORA do the following:
- Tools, Signatures - Go inside the in the box it opens (click the
tab that contains a pen icon)
- Right click your mouse to bring up the menu
- Choose New - Enter Signature Name (Something that reminds you of
contents. i.e. Company Sig1 or something)
- Enter
- Type your signature in the box. You can format the font, add bold,
italics, change alignment etc., but not everyone may be able to see
this formatting unless their email program supports it)
- When
you are finished do File, Save - Associate your signature with the
email account it goes with by doing Tools, Options, Sending Mail,
Select Default Signature, OK
DRESS YOUR EMAILS TODAY So take 10 minutes today to don your emails

Then EVERY EMAIL you send can be a SALES message in disguise driving
